1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your communication with Fara Dadeh Gostaran Shiraz (FDGS) ("we", "us", "our") through our business accounts on Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and Bale, which we manage using Short Chat, our internal customer-messaging platform. By sending a message, comment or mention to any of our business accounts, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Short Chat is an internal tool used only by our authorized employees. It brings messages sent to our business accounts into a single inbox so that our team can respond to questions, provide customer support and follow up on orders. Short Chat is not offered to the public or to other businesses, and you do not need to create an account or install anything to communicate with us.

3. Third-party platforms

Your use of Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Bale or any other messaging platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, features or practices of these platforms. If a platform limits or interrupts its service, we may not be able to receive or reply to your messages.

Messages may be answered by our support staff or, in some cases, by automated replies (for example welcome messages or frequently asked questions). Every staff reply is recorded with the name of the employee who sent it. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but response times are not guaranteed. Information provided in conversations is for general guidance; prices, availability and order details are confirmed only in official invoices and order confirmations.

7. Intellectual property

Our name, logo, product images, catalogues and other materials we send you remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them only for your personal reference and may not republish or use them commercially without our written permission. You keep ownership of the content you send us and allow us to use it as needed to answer your request and provide support.

The messaging service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will be delivered, since delivery depends on third-party platforms and network conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our messaging channels, including lost or delayed messages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may stop responding to, restrict or block any account that violates these Terms or the policies of the messaging platform, or that uses our channels in an abusive way.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, and if unresolved, will be referred to the competent courts of Shiraz.
